Buy Online – Pick-up in the Thrift store

The Abba House Thrift store policy: WE do not hold merchandise and we have no layaway. Customers may pay for an item in full and personally pick up the item at 1347 Sam Nunn Blvd. Perry Ga. 31069. Online pick-up store hours are Monday – Saturday 9:30 – 4:00. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR RECEIPT when picking up any online purchase. You must pick up your online purchase within 24 hours of the purchase date. If you send someone to pick up your online purchase, they must have your online receipt in hand.

Abba House will not release any item without a copy of your receipt.

If 24 hours have passed and you are unable to pick up your online purchase, please call customer service at 478-218-0043(Ext. 2) and ask to speak to the store manager. Abba House does understand unplanned situations can happen and will consider holding your online purchase for an additional 48 hours. However, THE CUSTOMER MUST HAVE HAD CONTACT with customer service before these considerations apply.

Abba House has the right to refuse refunds and resell the merchandise IF your purchase has not been picked up within 24 hours. Additionally, if there has been an extension of time and that time has passed, as a courtesy Abba House will attempt to contact the customer up to three times, (3x). If all attempts to contact the customer have failed, and the item has been abandoned, the item will be RE-listed online for sale. Please note, there will be no refund. All INSTORE pickups require your online receipt to be released.

Returns

As a rule, Abba House Thrift Store does not accept returns. We will, however, allow a return on an electronic item that does not work. This also includes appliances. Customers have 72 hours to contact and or return any nonworking electronic or appliance with a receipt. There are no exceptions. If the customer does not have the receipt, they will not qualify for a refund.

All refunds will be refunded in the same manner as the purchase. In rare instances, we have received chargebacks for illegitimate credit cards. The store also pays a service fee each time the credit card is used. We can recoup this fee if the refund is made on the same card.
