Abba House Thrift Store Refund Policy

In-Store & Curbside Pick-Up Policy

• Pick-up hours are from 10AM until 4PM on Monday through Saturday at 1347 Sam Sunn Blvd. in Perry, GA 31069
• Customers have 24 hours from the time of purchase to pick up orders placed online, unless otherwise discussed with online store associate
• If additional time is needed for picking up an online order, the customer may email abbahousethrift@gmail.com | Attn: Online Store Manager or call (478)218-0043 | Ext. 6420 and speak to management about consideration for an additional 48 hour hold time on their purchase
• If alotted amount of time for pick-up has passed we will attempt to contact the customer 3 times, after this the item will be considered abandoned and will be relisted online for sale without possible refund
• Customers ordering online who wish to pick up in store must present their order receipt before receiving their order, NO ORDER MAY BE PICKED UP WITHOUT PURCHASE RECEIPT.

Return Policy

• Abba House Thrift Store does not accept returns, with the exception of electronics (in order to qualify as an electronic the item must have a power cord that plugs into a wall socket)
• Electronic items qualifying for a refund must be returned to the store before the refund is processed
• A customer has 72 hours from the time of purchase to return electronic items
• A receipt must be presented in order to qualify for a refund
• All refunds will be made in the same manner and on the same card as the original purchase
• If the item has been shipped, return shipping prior to refund is at the customer’s expense.
